1. When will my order be delivered?
We dispatch all products within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Post dispatch, the courier may take 1-3 days for delivery to Metros and 3-6 days for Non-Metro Locations.
2. I have still not received my order?

If you still facing issue in tracking , Please send us the order number on Customercare@cookiemanindia.com or call us on 9952972111 and we’ll check on it’s status and get back to you asap!
3. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery as a payment mode.(We have a COD ordering limit from Minimum ₹499 - Maximum ₹1999.)
4. I received damaged goods in my order, what do I do now?
We are taking proper precautions during packaging to avoid any in-transit damages and we using the Best Courier Services to deliver your Orders Safely. If you still receive the products in a damaged condition, Please write to our team on customercare @cookiemanindia.com. We will analyze and either refund or replace your order!
5. How can I know my status of order and how can I track my order ?
Once the shipping receipt is generated you will get an email for the same. After which You can track your order by following the link provided ,
6. How can I cancel the order?
If the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please send us an email on Customercare@cookiemanindia.com with order details and our team will check the status and process your request accordingly.

9. Do you do customized package design?
Yes we do customized package design and can add your logos, names, initials on our packaging.
10. Are the cookies are Egg / Eggless ?
All our cookies are Veg (Eggless) except Almond biscotti & pista biscotti
11. How to store the cookies?
Once the packs are opened, please store all the cookies in an airtight container to ensure the cookies remain crunchy for as long as possible.
12. How much do I need to buy to qualify for free Shipping?
Any purchases Above ₹699/- will qualify for free shipping (Applicable only on prepaid orders & Not Applicable on COD orders ). For Orders below ₹499, we will be charging shipping charges of ₹79 (For Prepaid ) & ₹99 (For Cash on Delivery (COD) )
13. What is the shelf life of cookies?
Most of CookieMan's crispy crunchy Cookies have a shelf life of 180 days ( 6 Months) when stored in an air tight container. Nevertheless, our Gourmet cookies such as Almond Finger,Pista Finger, Brownie Brittle,Almond Biscotti, Pista Biscotti, double choco cookie, Shortbread Dark Choco Cookies have a shelf life of 120 days (4 months). when stored in an air tight container.
